==Background==
A vain yet charming (his words) person, his greed is something to behold, often manifesting as massive tophat.   
Prior to his election to Grand Arbiter, Xan was instrumental in claiming the Trimar Adventuring Outpost, now [[Trimaris]].  
<br><br>Due to his abrasive yet charming (his words) personality, he's is generally disliked by the local adventures.  Despite this, he still regularly visits, often with requests for the adventurers. 
<br>These visits have not been without danger.  His annoying yet charming (his words) manner of speech has led him to multiple attempts on his own life, yet his love of the people as well as cowardly survival instincts have brought him safety.
