Xan Turrainly

Background

A vain yet charming (his words) person, his greed is something to behold, often manifesting as massive tophat. Prior to his election to Grand Arbiter, Xan was instrumental in claiming the Trimar Adventuring Outpost, now Trimaris.

Due to his abrasive yet charming (his words) personality, he's is generally disliked by the local adventures. Despite this, he still regularly visits, often with requests for the adventurers.
These visits have not been without danger. His annoying yet charming (his words) manner of speech has led him to multiple attempts on his own life, yet his love of the people as well as cowardly survival instincts have brought him safety. After being elected, he has been a staunch supporter of Therea, the lady of coin. There has been some speculation of corruption around Xan as after his election the Merchant who contested him for the position of Arbiter found his Warehouse near the river docks claimed by the city to use the land for larger dockyard areas with the increase in goods coming from Trimaris.
